It is often a problem for international students to afford expenses relating to their health. The scholarship offers students a health insurance policy. Additionally, the students are slotted to receive a monthly maintenance cost of 861 EUR

Furthermore, scholars who have children are given special regard and are awarded an additional family allowance of 276 EUR. 

Language Requirements for Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Foundation Scholarship

Students are required to have a certain level of German Proficiency to be eligible for this scholarship. There are different ways to prove your German Language Proficiency. 

The test results that are accepted for the scholarship include : Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang, Test Deutsch Als Fremdsprache. C1 certificates from a Goethe institute are also accepted as a proof of English Language Proficiency.

Steps to apply for Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Foundation Scholarship
